Foods and clothing and Athenians
The ancient greeks ate many different foods than we do today. they ate lots of friut including: apples, pear's, grapes, figs and pomengranetes. the pomengranates were a symbol of marriage and were famouse for their part in the story of persephone and Hades when persephone eats the seeds and is told she can never leave the underworld.
cheese was also a commom food beacuse of the ammount of gaot fammers. the goats had stong hooves to grip the rock domain and worked well in the enviorment. goat milk was not drank but used to make cheese whcih was sold at the agora.

Wine and olive oil were commonly used in cooking and drinking. The ancient greeks even ate bread dipped in wine for breakfast!The greeks belived it was unfit to drink wine strait so they would water it down.

Athinian women citons had the cloth draping over both shoulders. they may have had more than one cloth that draped over their shoulder or went around their middle. if you were wealthy you could wear purple silk from china.
mostly only rich women wore jewellery because it was very ornate and expensive.
